1. About Our Service
FUNDING SOURCE LIMITED is an independent commercial finance broker and is not a lender or financial adviser. We are not a regulated credit broker for consumer credit. Our services are exclusively for business purposes.
What We Do

What We Do Not Do
- ✗Lend money directly
- ✗Provide regulated financial advice
- ✗Guarantee loan approval

2. Eligibility & Your Responsibilities
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. By submitting an enquiry or application you confirm that:
- You are authorised to act on behalf of the business named in the application
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
- You will notify us immediately of any material change to information provided
- You will not use our services for personal, household, or consumer purposes
- You will not submit fraudulent, fictitious, or duplicated applications
- You have read and agree to these Terms in full
- You understand that submitting a form does not guarantee finance
- You will cooperate with any verification requests
3. Credit Checks & Identity Verification
By submitting an application, you consent to FUNDING SOURCE LIMITED and/or our panel lenders conducting credit searches on the business and its directors. An initial soft credit search may be conducted which will not affect your credit score. A hard search may be conducted by lenders on formal application, which will be recorded on your credit file.
4. Data Protection (UK GDPR)
We process your data as Data Controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

5. Commission & Fees
Our services are free of charge to you. We receive commission from lenders and finance providers when we successfully introduce a client and a finance agreement is completed. This commission does not affect the rates or products available to you. We will disclose commission arrangements on request.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that any finance application will be approved
- We are not liable for the actions, decisions, or terms set by lenders
- We accept no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided to us
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed £1,000
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, tools, and software — is owned by or licensed to FUNDING SOURCE LIMITED. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.
8. Client Money
Important: FUNDING SOURCE LIMITED does not hold, handle, or manage client money in any form. All financial transactions are conducted directly between you and the finance provider.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at contact@funding-source.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within 1 week and will issue a final response within 8 weeks.

10. General Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately on publication.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us relating to your use of our services.
